Black Friday deals guide 2016

Black Friday deals guide 2016

Black Friday was first pronounced in the early twenties. it was the first day that the retailers went from being in the red to being in the black. and therefore: Black Friday.

This day for many years became the most important day of the year. as it pointed the time for many families to buy for Christmas.

For many years 20% of all sales of the year come from this day. it is expected that sales will amount to 100 B $USD. for comparison Chinese bachelor’s day scored 17.8 B $USD in sales in a day!

This year it will be a week of sales from the 25/11/2016 onwards.

And this year just like last year we can expect Australians to join the party.

How to buy on black Friday?

  • always know how much you are willing to pay. which means: don’t allow yourself to buy in on any deal before you know how much you are willing to pay. I suggest making a budget, where you limit yourself on paper. this way you will not buy into the new graphics.
  • second, understand what a good deal looks like. this mean understands the price. know the item inside out. understand the difference in models and so on. last year models value is down. as long as you don’t pay full price for last year model, you’ll be fine.
  • Make sure you understand that these items may be the one that did not make the sale. so they are less desirable.
  • Make sure you have a list. DO NOT go on a buying frenzy! it will cost you much more than you think.
  • Remember this is a sellers event. they run the show. they have the home court advantage. they set all those traps for you. if you don’t have a list of what you want. you will get the same thing that you get when you go to the coles. much more than what you wanted.
  • People Buy wants not needs. always remember that. you must be disciplined. it’s not the end of the world! I have seen the same deals come and go. so please don’t lose your mind over it.

The Buying process:Black Friday

  1. Go online as soon as possible and compare prices. make sure you only look at items on your list. this way you can know when the event starts where to go.
  2. use google. just “type black Friday best deals ” or “Black Friday deals 2016” and you will get some ideas.
  3. Always check in comparison prices sites. just use your item name and the word comparison. google will do the rest.
  4. Always read customers reviews. there are people out there that used the item you want. let them help you.

Things to remember:

  • there is an exchange rate between australia and the US. make sure you convert the amount before you push “buy”. this will prevent you from entering bad deals.
  • make sure you take the shipment cost. this is a real cost. it will influence the final price. so make sure it’s part of your buying decision.
  • make sure you take into account merchant fees. the bigger the deal, to more you have to pay.
  • pay attention to the “https” in the website address. this means they are secure.
  • not all stores will ship to australia. make sure you know thatBlack Friday upfront.
  • not all store will agree to accept Australian cards.
  • Use all options to save money: coupons, apps, cash back, and so on.
  • Compare prices. do not buy before you compare prices.
  • For legal, issue does consult with an E-commerce lawyer.
  • Make sure you take into account any tax you might incur when the item reaches australia.

Good luck and have a great shopping day (:
